Scantech Graphics & Displays is a San Diego based company offering high quality printed products like trade show exhibits & displays, event signage, large format printing, poster printing, promotional graphics, vehicle wraps and more.
The Challenge
The client contacted us looking for help managing their online presence. They had a website, but it wasn’t optimized for mobile and needed several other improvements. Besides the printed products they offered, they also had an ink and toner selling division which needed a solution to sell the products online.
The Strategy
In order to improve the client’s website, we suggested a full redesign of the main layout, so we could give it a more modern look, and also make it responsive and mobile friendly. We also proposed the integration of an eCommerce store so they would be able to sell products online.
Project Results
The website was redesigned with a fully responsive and modern layout. A very visual and informative homepage slider was created to showcase the top products and services. We also added more call-to-action and conversion elements. The main navigation was rearranged to improve user flow and engagement. Event and process production videos were added to show the work done by the company. Case studies were also incorporated to promote the quality work they do, as well as to improve reputation and lead conversion.
We created an online store within the website so the client would able to sell printer and copier consumables. We also used the eCommerce infrastructure to enable them to sell custom printed products/services, like poster printing, wall murals and more.
In order to maintain a strong online presence we do ongoing SEO optimization work, content creation, social media management, email marketing and more.
