At SD Internet Marketing, we have one tradition we love and look forward to year after year: our work / play / pleasure yearly company retreat, which is held always in a different location. This time, we opted for a beautiful resort at Rosarito, Baja California and we had a great time!

Our retreats are serious fun! They are a great opportunity for everyone in the team to share and expose their ideas on things that need to be done in order to improve the services we offer, to create specific strategies for future projects and also, they give us a chance to get to know each other better as a team.

We packed our things on Wednesday morning and we headed up to have breakfast at La Casa de Don Juan, in Playas de Tijuana, which is literally a house where they only serve breakfast (on breakfast hours of course), highly recommended.

With a full belly and a happy heart, we headed to Las Rocas Resort & Spa and set everything up to continue with our work.

Believe it or not, we worked very hard all day long to find new ways to improve at a company and personal level. Yes, we were getting relaxing massages with soothing scents, yes, we were enjoying the warm bubbles on a cold night at the jacuzzi and yes, we were in the sauna, but we were literally sweating ideas and we’re sure you’ll be able to notice those improvements.

After 3 days of delicious food, piña coladas and relaxation… I mean, work, we’re excited to be back at our beautiful office, with fresh ideas to execute, and where we know our dearest clients await.
